[Song of the Month] Gravity by Sara Bareiles

This song is totally reflecting my love life right now… so hard to move on cause he’s so near not only physically but also in my heart . Cause he’s everything that I need in a man, despite the religion. But even the religion I don’t mind, this country mind tho, our family also mind.. I never met a man quite like him, instead of making me frustrated – from the fact that it’s hard for us to be together – it gives me a lot of hope… He’s everything that I never imagine, yet he is exist. So I can keep my hope high… 🙂

But dear, yes we need to sort things out… I’m grateful just by having you around me. My expectation low and I will take whatever on the table when it’s about you and me… but don’t doubt how much I care and fight for you….

Something always brings me back to you.
It never takes too long.
No matter what I say or do, I still feel you here ’till the moment I’m gone.

You hold me without touch.
You keep me without chains.
I never wanted anything so much than to drown in your love and not feel your rain.

CHORUS
Set me free, leave me be. I don’t want to fall another moment into your gravity.
Here I am and I stand so tall, just the way I’m supposed to be.
But you’re on to me and all over me.
You loved me ’cause I’m fragile.
When I thought that I was strong.
But you touch me for a little while and all my fragile strength is gone.

CHORUS
Set me free, leave me be. I don’t want to fall another moment into your gravity.
Here I am and I stand so tall, just the way I’m supposed to be.
But you’re on to me and all over me.

I live here on my knees as I
Try to make you see that you’re
Everything I think I need here on the ground.
But you’re neither friend nor foe though I
Can’t seem to let you go.
The one thing that I still know is that you’re keeping me down
You’re keeping me down, yeah, yeah, yeah
You’re onto me, onto me and all over

Something always brings me back to you
It never takes too long
